HIGH ON LIVING - HOME DESIGN

The place where we feel comfortable, which gives us protection and a sense of security, is our home. Every "home" has an distinctive, individual atmosphere that reflects the wishes and dreams, inclinations and preferences of the people who live in it. In this book, I present 36 interior designers and architects with their latest projects. From minimalist interiors to opulent facilities and a mix of traditional and modern elements, exemplary, bold concepts are presented that give the places their individual character. When designing a new building or renovating an existing one, the design process blends the client’s ideas and habits with functional daily routines to create an aesthetic with an experiential factor. In some cases, regional, cultural influences are taken up and integrated into the planning in a respectful manner. High quality materials and first-class craftmanship, as well as a coherent light and color concept form a harmonious backdrop. Last but not least, it is the attention to detail and the love of people for each other that make a house a "home."
