The two partners Fionn Mögel and Wasfy Taha have been working on shared projects since 2005, both in Switzer-land and Dubai. In 2011 they founded their first joint office: Querkopf Architekten. The starting signal was given with a competition success for the disused Vattenfall power plant “Bullerdeich” in Hamburg.  Querkopf Architects is a young team with visions that deliberately thinks “outside the box”. They enjoy  developing special and innovative solutions and enjoy taking on new challenges. Their focus is not only on aesthetics and quality standards, but also on their demand for economic efficiency and site management. By taking a comprehensive view of real estate development and planning, they give the customer a high degree of reliability and the buildings an above-average added value.
